Hello, I´m looking for a logistic warehouse between 4500 and 5000 qm²
Starting from 01.01.2021
Premisses for the warehouse: - Ramps if it´s possible - Electrical connection (up to 500 kVa) o For the wash machine (necessary around 320kwh). With Gas connection much lower. o Forklifts etc. - Gas connection (if possible) - Gas heating for the warehouse - Social facilities (toilets, dressing rooms for the employees etc.) - A small office for the Manager and secretary (max 30sqm) and a small conference room. - Internet Connection - Truck area 24/7 (40t)
