We are looking for a warehouse where we will also conduct retail sales. It should have a minimum of 4000 square meters of indoor and 1000 outdoor space, and the outdoor area should be suitable for displaying our products.
Our products are construction containers and modular building products. The minimum floor height should be 5 meters, allowing vehicles and trucks to enter. A overhead crane is preferred. It should be easily accessible, especially for our customers in Austria, and located on a transportation network that allows them to easily find us. It should also be no more than 30 minutes from the center of Budapest.
