The logistic team of BAT will outsource all logistic services support activities services to a 3rd Party that has experience of delivering the required services within a highly secured environment.
BAT invites supplier(s) to submit proposals in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions of e-mail / Request. Your full response is required by close of business on Monday the 14th of October 2019.
Assumptions Please use the following assumption to your quotations: Storage capacity: 6.000 Volumes: current volumes, avg 198 pallets FG, 60 pal WMS in/out daily All goods palettized 99% pal level in-out Slip –sheet in outbound Used system: SAP + TPD IT passive cabling built in the warehouse Yard mgmt system implemented to manage and monitor vehicles Max pallet weight: 800 kg Pallet height: 2,0 m Max 15% of INDU pallets Access Control System – on-line monitoring, and control Temperature and Humidity measurement Temperature above 10C 5-year contract
Your offer contains minimal the following information: Detailed cost breakdown is required below subject are not complete please add your full breakdown over the 5 years. For example: Warehouse Rental, rate building insurance, repair, maintenance, cleaning, utilities etc. fee (m2/month) Service charge, handling equipment, (m2/month) Number of staff (mgt, labor, support, indexation) Management fee, indexation.
Validity of Quotes All quotes submitted in response to this tender event will be valid until Delivery start date, unless otherwise noted. Payment term, 60 days net, need to be confirmed in the response to this tender. The policies, General Terms and Conditions of BAT apply to all Contracts between BAT and the respondent.
