The main requirements for the warehouse:
1) located in Szombathely Hungary (or any region nearby) not far from the railway station if possible
2) area near 4.000 m2, height about 10-11 meters. For 7.000 - 9.000 pallets with wine.
3) air conditioning system to maintain avg temperature of 14-15 degrees. The purchasing of such a system for a rental area would not be really economically effective (but can be as variant).
4) Long-term rent for a minimum of 3 years.
5) registration as a customs warehouse in future.
